Fractional and Decimal. BETEAST offer both fractional and decimal odds which are the two most common odds types on sports betting sites. For those that do not understand the terminology Fractional odds are exactly that, simply a fraction. So lets take a price which is odds on, which might be 1/3 or one third. So If you put a bet on of 1 pound, you will receive back your one pound stake plus one third, so a total of £1.33 Decimal odds are quite straightforward to understand, as all you need to do is take the decimal number, lets say 5.0 and deduct 1 from it which would give you odds of 4/1.

In-play experience

BetEast offers you the ability to bet in-play on a variety of global sporting events, and while they make every effort to ensure all live betting information is accurate, there maybe situations where such information is incorrect due to technical delays. One of the highlights of their live offer is the “Last Minute Bets” function. When you are inside the BETEAST interface you can clearly see a section titled LAST MINUTE BETS. This allows you to keep track of of events and markets that will come into play within the next 60 minutes.

The opening splash page of the BETEAST website has a very modern design and it only has two options on the main menu (Sports & Casino) and then further three options down the page (Sports, Casino and Promotions)

It has a very modern look but what happenes when we click through to sports?

From the sports main page you have two ways of navigating through the site. You can use the top menu section to choose “Live Betting” or “Today’s Events” or you can select a particular sport from the left hand menu which holds all the sports. One thing different on this left menu than on other sites is that there is a search box at the top of this section where you search for an event, league or specific market.

The overall colour scheme of black, dark grey and light blue works very well and makes it easy on the eye for the user. The loading time of the page is not super fast but we had only a slight lag in loading time.

All of the betting action takes place in the middle of the page with a section with all sports available. At the top of this section you have all the sports shown via sports icons that can be clicked to open only current markets on that sport. It makes for a tidy betting interface.

BetEast are one sportsbook that are extremely competitive on football betting. When looking at the Champions league quarter final betting before the second leg matches, we found that BETEAST were probably 5% better than some of the mainstream bookmakers.

Tennis betting strategy was on a par with many of the top bookmakers, whilst betting and prices on The Grand National were a fair bit shorter. It seems horse racing is not one of the better sports in terms of odds.

A very solid market coverage on major European football leagues as well as leagues from more obscure countries. As an example they offer betting from countries around the world, including leagues from Kazhakstan, Kosovo and Kuwait.

In total they offer football betting from 46 countries. In terms of market availablility on each game you will regularly have the opportunity to bet on a minimum of 100 markets.

The live interface is very similar to the main sports betting interface with a left side menu and the main section set up in the same way as the main sports betting page. One thing that is different from other live betting interfaces is that they have split live into two sections.

The first section is the traditional In-play betting markets, however, there is also a tab which will filter and take you to all the “fast markets” offers. It makes finding these types of bets very easy, and will make it very easy for In-play punters who like to bet on these quick turnaround betting opportunities.

The interface uses the same colour scheme as the main betting interface which makes the navigation easy and fast.

At present the bonuses offered by BetEast are very minimal. At the time of our latest review they only had one ongoing promotion which is their Mega Acca Bonus. This allows you to get a bonus of up to 100% on successful accumulator bets.

From our research it seems that many bookmakers are trimming down their deposit options and BETEAST are the same. They currently offer the main card options as well as the major e-wallet options.

The chat was very quick and the agent was courteous, but more importantly seemed to have very good knowledge to answer the questions we had.
